You will prepare the ingredients and cook all the ingredients - best of all, afterwards you can eat your culinary creations!

With her extensive knowledge of both eastern and western cuisine, Pat can even suggest ingredients that may be difficult to locate in your home country and alternatives, which could be substituted so that flavour and authenticity are not compromised.

Take a little bit of Thailand home with you to share with your friends and family! A souvenir you can enjoy over and over.

Some classes come with a trip to the morning market. Pat will teach you how to select the best ingredients and describe the different properties of all the wonderfully aromatic herbs and spices that make Thai cuisine so deliciously unique.

All classes are tailored to meet your needs.

Classes for two - eight students can be arranged. Whether you are a novice cook or a professional chef, Pat will design a course especially for you.

Daytime Classes: 9:30am - 1:30pm

Private Evening Classes: 4:30-7:30

Private Dining Classes:
Option A: Classes are held at Pat's home in Phuket city.

Option B: Classes are held at Pat’s Balinese/Thai-style bungalow, located on a mountain high above Phuket city with breath-taking 180 degree views of Phuket and the Andaman Sea.

Enjoy an intimate dinner by candlelight whilst soaking in the ambiance of this jungle hideaway. You can bring your own beverages or Pat has a selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to compliment your meal.
